There is an issue with editing a tickets body/comment after it has been created, where the changes are not reflected in the interface. We’re currently working on the issue and will deploy a fix as soon as possible.

We’re going to be upgrading to a new billing system tonight. The payment/plan area will be down for several hours during the switch.
Some users have reported file attachment failures between Lighthouse and s3, displaying xml vs the attachment. We’re currently investigating.
